Busy, a widely used Indian accounting package, has no API. So we built a robot that runs on the firm’s own computer and enters vouchers, masters and bank statements into Busy the way a trained person would, then confirms each one was accepted.

When a user reports a problem inside SuperFile, an AI engineer picks it up, fixes real bugs, runs every test, ships the fix and tells the user.

Report
A user taps Report an issue. A screenshot and the error details are attached for them.

Sort
The report is sorted into a bug, a feature request or a question. Requests and questions go to our team, untouched.

For a real bug, it finds the cause in the code and makes the smallest change that fixes it.

Every automated test and the full build must pass. If they don't, nothing ships.

The fix goes live and the user gets a reply saying what was wrong.
